Project and Development

Prepress

Creation and/or reproduction of layout management from GMG software with contractual proof, preparing files for production of clichês, following the legal rules, recording and installing the clichês with digital system.

Extrusion

Cast films and blow films in polypropylene (PP), polypropylene twist (PPT) and coextrusion of polyethylene (PE). With equipments that use resin efficiently, having a auto-recycling system during the process, aiming at zero waste for the environment.

Print

Up to 08 color printing with Gearless technology, automatic registration, pressure control, temperature and ink viscosity control, fault detection system, which ensures perfect printing and vivid colors that value our customers products. With a sustainable vision, the process effectively uses ink, reducing solvent emissions and recycling machine cleaning solvent, reducing process chips and energy consumption per kilogram produced.

Metalizing

The process offers the possibility of adding a barrier to a structure, increasing the shelf life of the product. The presence of this process within the company differentiates us by ensuring the quality and the speed of delivery.

Lamination

Lamination of several types of materials by solvent and solvent less lamination processes, thereby adding value and protection to the final product of our customers.

Finishing

Finishes in films, sheets, and bags.
