Professional Paths Project

Ong-Caminhos_Prof

In partnership with Foco, Sulprint develops the project “Caminhos Profissionais” (professional paths), where the main objective is to give opportunity to the children of professionals and the community’s disadvantaged youth, aging between 14 and 21 years, for better preparation for the work market. During 7 meetings, there are debated subjects related to human relationships, personal finance, entrepreneurship, industry, quality, safety, and notions of pre-press.

“Apart from social work and professional training, this work also allows us to capture future talent for the organization.”

“The project Caminhos Profissionais brought life experiences as examples for my journey. I took away some extraordinary knowledge. I went through something that I didn’t imagine I would go through and I feel myself more mature. I am truly grateful for the opportunity. From this project I learned that I should first keep goals in mind, fight for my dreams to come true, and grasp all opportunities that will arise.”

“I leave this course with a lot more knowledge then when I started, not just the knowledge of experience, but rather of wisdom. I’m much surer of what I want for my future. What I most liked was the part of pre creation of packaging, which is a part that requires creativity and in which I identified myself in.”

“It was very gratifying for me to spend these 7 Saturdays getting to know new people and learning. And today what I will take with me are two key words, which since the beginning of the course I heard, ‘focus and persistence’, be an entrepreneur to fight for what you really want.”

The ONG was created in the forefront of the great economic development of the country, where the business community feels the need to develop in work relations and values such as self-esteem, planning, sustainability, and innovation to maintain competitive. The ONG believes that these values are strengthening an entrepreneurial culture and the professional growth of the individual part of the conception of this new consciousness that must be promoted by leaders in order to motivate the community to the world of work and the strengthening of productive chains.
The main objective of the entrepreneurial focus is having a way of enabling the projects to people and/or organizations willing to mobilize entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship for the qualification of the population, since it is an effective way for productivity and self-realization, which act as an accelerator and strength for the social, political, and economic development.
